Disbursement of Loans and docket management.- Disbursement (File management)
- Ensure file is complete before disbursal.
- Ensure disbursal checks and timely dispatch of files for archiving.
- Ensure that all credit and operations processes are adhered to in a branch.
- Documentation
- Ensure pre & post approval documentation is accurate.
- Tracking, completion and updation of collected PDD documents.
- Ensure indent follow of standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
- Timely resolve File hold / Recon / Repayment issues.
- Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to business.
- Basic Analytics and MIS reporting.
