About the Company:
- Green Stapler has been a prominent player in the investment recovery and personal finance industry for over a decade. Our company specializes in restoring lost investments and providing expert guidance on personal finance matters, such as investment management and loan growth.
Role Overview:
- As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients to facilitate paperwork processing and providing support to the sales team. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to engage with clients effectively, address their inquiries, and ensure a smooth and efficient process. Additionally, you will make reminder calls to clients, helping maintain strong relationships and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding paperwork requirements, updates, and completion status.
- Sales Team Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with necessary assistance and ensuring they have all the required information to better serve clients.
- Paperwork Processing: Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation, guiding clients through the process and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Reminder Calls: Proactively make reminder calls to clients for pending documentation, appointments, or followups, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
