Job Summary:

The Product Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all Natural Stone flooring and Tile products manufactured in our factory meet the highest quality standards.

This role involves overseeing quality control processes, collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing quality control procedures, and maintaining detailed documentation.

The aim is to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations before dispatch.


Key Responsibilities:


Quality Control Management:

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials and finished stone flooring and cladding products.
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality protocols and standards.
• Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas within the production process that need improvement to enhance overall product quality.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address and prevent quality issues.
• Stay updated with the latest quality control methodologies and integrate them into existing processes for continuous improvement.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for the Quality Manager and other relevant departments.
• Provide insights and recommendations for quality improvements.
• Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and standards.

Team Supervision:

• Train and guide quality control inspectors and other staff on quality standards and procedures for stone flooring and cladding products.
• Supervise the quality control team to ensure accurate and efficient inspections and tests.
• Collaborate with production teams to communicate and enforce quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the factory.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a quality control or supervisory role within tile industury.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.

Pay:
₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
