Role and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement:
Actively engage with potential and existing customers to showcase our products/services, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.


Sales Generation:
Prospect, identify, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.


Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.


Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.


Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.


Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.


Order Processing:
Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring accurate order processing and coordinating with internal teams for fulfillment.


Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities, using CRM tools or other designated systems.


Travel:

Travel to various locations within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in sales events.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in sales or customerfacing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resultoriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
