Position:
Customer Relationship Executive

No. of positions - 2 (Females Only)

Location:
Pune (Gahunje)

Requisites:


  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Must have 12 years of experience in facetoface client handling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling appointments
  • Confirming schedule of possession 1 day prior on calls
  • Addressing customers queries/concerns while signing possession documents on the day of possession.
  • Escorting customers to the respective flats/site visits.
  • Preparation of possession documents and consent letters.
  • Preparation of MIS for daily/weekly reports.
  • Handing over to Post Possession Team post the possession formalities are completed.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
