Description
Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle the renewal data process efficiently and ensure timely followups with clients.
- Make outbound calls to existing clients to provide quotations and address any queries they may have.
- Work closely with the sales team to assist in achieving renewal targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations provided, and followup activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products/services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for renewal rates and revenue generation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM software for managing customer interactions is a plus
- Prior experience in insurance, finance, or related industry is a plus.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving sales and renewal targets.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
