Key Responsibilities**:

  • Handle the renewal data process efficiently and ensure timely followups with clients.
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to provide quotations and address any queries they may have.
  • Work closely with the sales team to assist in achieving renewal targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations provided, and followup activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products/services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for renewal rates and revenue generation.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM software for managing customer interactions is a plus
  • Prior experience in insurance, finance, or related industry is a plus.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving sales and renewal targets.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
