The Team:
Business Operations is a part of MI Technology Office of the CTO focuses on our financial discipline and vendor management aligned with corporate service functions and Finance partners.
The Impact:
You'll be responsible for various Business operations tasks which involve resource management, contractor management, SOW reviews, purchasing follow-ups, procurement planning and execution, time management tool etc.
Responsibilities:
Business Operations
Good understanding of any procurement tool like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Precoro, Oracle Procurement cloud, SAP Concur etc Exposure Project management tools like Serena Business manager, Azure Dev ops, JIRA will be an advantage.
Very good with excel, power point, SharePoint, Confluence and other productivity and collaboration tools. Review data extracts, Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations. High-level written and verbal communication skills.New Initiatives and Programs
Experience of managing launches of new operations tools, their roll out planning, doing test runs, preparing user guides, supporting cut overs and stakeholder communication.
Experience in Configuring tools, creating, and managing hierarchies and project information in the project management tool.Be able to design and deliver operations process training on new tools to user groups and to newly onboarded users.
Proactive in follow-up and answering business user queries in a timely mannerWhat We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business, or related area
7-8 years of relevant work experience in Business Operations, PMO or Product management role
An expert in compliance tracking, reporting and follow up with multiple stakeholders via all means of communications.
An analyst who's capable to performing tasks which need regular access to business tools, running reports, extracting the insights and sharing the observations.
Proven willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand work environment.
Open to working flexible hours as per business needs, however shift will mostly be 12PM to 9PM IST. Following a Hybrid working model and open to work from our Gurgaon office at least 2 days a week.
