This role can beParent Engagement Manager. It's a relatively senior role (somewhere between AC and Admin Head), and CTC for this role can be at 40K to 60K.
Reporting:
Reporting to admin head / Admission head ( need to discuss further). Dotted line reporting to the School Principal
Responsibilities of Parent Engagement Manager
Parent information and understanding
Updates parent information in applane, including transportation, uniform, books and deliverables.
Executes parent surveys under the guidance of the marketing team
Collects and maintains all demographic data of existing and new leads
Identifies key influencers and detractors in the parent community and ensures they are handled with special care and sensitivity required to convert them into ambassadors
Parent Communication (Inward)
Uses a ticketing system to ensure all such concerns, complaints, compliments and feedback are handled effectively, efficiently, and promptly.
Liaisons with respective teams (admin and academic team) within the school (or HO if required) to resolve the complaints, queries answered, and suggestions acknowledged.
Parent Communication (Outward) and Engagement
Acts as a single point of contact for all communication happening between the school and the parent
Manages and executes all day-to-day processes of sending all types of communications to parents from the school
Responsible for the correct and timely communication, including validating and getting drafts approved before sending
Creates and maintains a calendar for all parent communication throughout the year
Creates and executes communication processes for sending prior reminders for fee payments and reminders to defaulters
Parent community
- Encourages parents to follow us on social media (?) ( Need to check, how can we do it)
- Drives parent reviews on GMB and Facebook
- Provides stories and photographic material that promote the school's achievements with the marketing team
- Ensures that the school's achievements, including; academics, sports, arts etc., are promptly communicated with the marketing team.
Implements the parent walk-in experience in guidance with the marketing team and Admin head.
Drives daily audit of the parent experience and reports all issues immediately.
Pay:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month

- Nasik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
