Essential

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
69 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure (server, storage, virtualization, networking, and end user computing)
Demonstrated problem solving skills for operating systems (Windows, Linux), VMware and networking
Exposure to Teams voice solution will be an added advantage
Exposure to any of cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP etc.
Working knowledge of scripting tools like PowerShell, bash etc.
Adapt at working in a collaborative, teamoriented environment.

Facilitating IT support to end user for Requests, Incidents and Changes

Experience in using Service now tool
Managing/preparing dashboards and monitoring the queue
Use ServiceNow ITSM system for managing Requests, Incidents and Changes
Will be required to participate in 24x7 oncall rotation
End user education on newer tools and systems being implemented
On boarding and off boarding activities related to IT.

What you'll be doing..._**- L1/L2 knowledge in networking

Basic networking knowledge about TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, routers, chassis; access points & access switches
Collaborating with the IT department on the deployment and maintenance of network technologies.
Preferred experience on Cisco/Palo Alto devices
Installing, configuring, and updating network software as well as maintaining hardware and network devices.
Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
Have good knowledge in configuring & monitoring firewalls
Palo Alto and Cisco AnyConnect
Design, implement, and support firewalls, sitetosite VPNs, and remoteaccess VPNs
Documenting network processes and layouts, as well as enhancing network security.

Assist with client hardware lifecycle replacement as per global client standards
Should have an idea about the asset procurement process and maintain asset register
Manage and support Audio-Video technology in meeting room spaces
Develop stepbystep documentation for system support tasks.
Uses scripting and simple programming to automate repetitive tasks
Printer configuration and troubleshooting
