Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations, ensuring their requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on event planning, logistics, and execution, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including event coordinators and vendors, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential issues or conflicts, demonstrating strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Conduct regular checkins with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer records, utilizing CRM systems effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening and clear articulation.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage and track customer interactions.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamoriented environment.
