1, Download complaints from CMS portal on daily basis

  • Upload quality and complete responses on CMS portal
  • Action all Advisories by representing them to BO or arrange for resolution.
  • Liasoning for closure of complaint at BO level and attend reconcilication meetings along with business partners for effective representation and eventual closure in favour of the bank. Ensure preparation/ submission of compliance to the Actionable on the Minutes of the Meeting.
  • Conducting Out Reach programmes as advised by BO.
  • Attend Nodal Officer's meet and ensure preparation/ submission of compliance to the actionable on the Minutes of the Meeting.
  • Ensure NIL award for the bank.
