As an
Academic Counsellor (Sales), you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students with regards to academic and career goals.

You will work closely with students to help them overcome any difficulties they face academically, and help them plan their academic journey.

You will also be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals.


Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to students with regards to academic and career goals
  • Work closely with students to help them overcome any difficulties they face academically
  • Help students plan their academic journey
  • Generate leads and make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Address customer concerns and help improve sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a database of customer information
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in the EdTech industry
  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam or Tamil
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Btech CS/Bsc CS/BCA graduates or any graduates who have Coding knowledge.
