    Description

    OurClient is Indias largest provider of renewable power to commercialand industrial customers. We have a highly skilled and professionalteam spread across India Middle East and SouthEastAsia.

    Experience: 15 years

    Responsibilities &Duties:

    Lead the identificationof suitable sites for renewable energy projects with a focus onwind and solar parks.

    Conduct feasibilitystudies and site assessments to evaluate the suitability ofpotential locations.

    Develop and implementstrategies for acquiring land for project development.

    Negotiate land agreements and leases withlandowners.

    Ensure compliance with legalrequirements and regulations related to land acquisition.

    Manage the process of obtaining necessary permits andapprovals for project development.

    Liaise withregulatory authorities and local government agencies to facilitatethe permitting process.

    Ensure compliance withenvironmental regulations and other applicable laws.

    Stay abreast of relevant laws regulations and policiesimpacting project development in the renewable energysector.

    Ensure compliance with all legal andregulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

    Work closely with legal counsel to address legal issuesand mitigate risks.

    Oversee the overall projectdevelopment process from initial site identification to projectcommissioning.

    Coordinate with internal teamsand external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projectmilestones.

    Monitor project progress andidentify potential risks or challenges implementing mitigationstrategies as needed.

    Build and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders including landowners governmentofficials community members and project partners.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns resolveconflicts and foster positive relationships.

    Provide leadership and guidance to the project developmentteam.

    Mentor and develop team members fosteringa culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    Ensure effective communication and collaboration withinthe team and across departments.
