Responsibilities
- Cold call people by gathering and using a phone directory to solicit article contributions.
- Answer incoming calls from authors, editors, reviewers, etc.
- Develop and use scripts to provide information about the journal's features, publication prices, etc., and present the journal's benefits to the patrons.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the patron's requirements.
- Persuade the patron to opt for our journals by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
- Record the client's personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the journal's reputation.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet quota and facilitate future incoming clientele.
- Keep records of calls and useful information.
- Manage a large number of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
- When dealing with different journals and lines of business, create customised "scripts" and follow communication.
- Identify clients' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage regulars by going the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- International voice process: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
