CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Head, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies and execution


Your role will encompass:

  • Strategic Leadership: You will spearhead our marketing initiatives, demonstrating a deep
understanding of player decision-making processes within the mobile games landscape.

Your insights will fuel the development of strategic differentiators that set us apart in the

industry.

  • Agile and Ambitious: Thriving in our fastpaced startup environment, you will lead with
energy and ambition. Your hands-on approach will inspire your team to excel, even in

demanding situations.

  • Growth Forecasting: Utilize your analytical prowess to forecast monthly, quarterly, and
annual acquisition growth and associated costs. This data-driven approach will be key to

Develop a scalable growth strategy through direct-to-consumer

channels, while also exploring innovative sales and distribution channels for our products.

  • Analytics and Optimization: Collaborate with our analytics team to lead marketing analytics
and ROI analysis. You will define metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime

Value (LTV), driving optimization through robust A/B testing programs.

  • Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and recruit channel managers, ensuring effective
communication across executive and partner teams.

  • Innovative Solutions: Partner with digital product, engineering, and data science teams to
develop cutting-edge solutions, leveraging performance media and marketing technology

innovations.

  • Brand Evolution: Elevate our brand positioning by crafting a compelling narrative that
resonates with our target audience. You will oversee outbound communications across

various platforms, promoting us as an industry innovator.

  • Resource Allocation: Lead a team of campaign managers, media buyers, and analysts,
allocating resources to different campaigns based on budget considerations.

  • Product Marketing: Drive product marketing efforts by enhancing conversion metrics
through consumer journey improvements based on data-driven insights.


Position Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for achieving clearly measurable ROI and driving results.
  • Proven experience in building and leading highperforming teams, consistently exceeding
- ambitious targets.

  • A profound understanding of the creative and communication processes that drive user
- acquisition through both digital and brand marketing strategies.

  • The ability to collaborate seamlessly with both creative and analytical professionals.
  • Over 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including handson experience managing the acquisition
- funnel, from creative design to media buying to user acquisition.

  • Proficiency in running user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google
  • Search, Display, and Affiliates, with the ability to execute AB tests for conversion rate
