Description
Probe patients during a telephonic conversation in order to understand their need. Provide a Digital Therapeutics solution to them with a consultative approach and convert the leads.Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate telephonic conversation to understand patient's requirement, assess the same and sell a relevant Digital Therapeutics solution to the leads provided to them from various online and offline channels like Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Lab, Doctors, etc
(No Cold Calling) - Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
- Following up with the prospects as per their requested time and closing the sales within the sales cycle
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance driven competitive environment.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch in a consultative manner
- Should be confident and show empathy and sympathy where ever required on the call.
- Should have good listening skills
Eligibility:
- Telesales experience of 18 month or more (at one organisation)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Multiple Languages will be an add on benefit.

₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
