Resposibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to execute business development initiatives and support the successful execution of property transactions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services, build brand awareness, and establish industry connections.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, including property acquisitions, sales agreements, joint ventures, and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market feedback, industry trends, and competitive analysis to drive strategic decisionmaking and business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's services and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including sales pipelines, prospecting activities, and client interactions, using CRM systems or other tracking tools.
