Property Showings and Negotiations:
Sales executives schedule property showings, accompany clients on property visits, and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the properties.
They answer clients' questions and address any concerns that arise.When a client decides to make an offer, sales executives negotiate on their behalf to secure the best possible terms and price.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for real estate sales executives.
Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
