Job Summary:

The SQL Support Executive with Tally Experience is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients regarding both Tally and SQL (Structured Query Language) database-related issues.

The individual in this role will primarily focus on Tally-related tasks, allocating approximately 70% of their time to Tally responsibilities, and the remaining 30% to SQL-related tasks.

The SQL Support Executive will collaborate with clients to understand their Tally and SQL requirements, troubleshoot and resolve database problems, and ensure efficient data management.

This position requires a strong knowledge of Tally software, SQL, database systems, and exceptional problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in Tally software installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with clients to understand their Tally requirements, analyze data structures, and provide recommendations for optimization and performance enhancement.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tally software issues, including data entry errors, report generation problems, and software compatibility conflicts.
Execute Tally queries and commands to retrieve and manipulate data based on client requirements.
Develop and maintain Tally reports, customizations, and workflows to support client needs.
Conduct Tally data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Provide guidance and training to clients on Tally best practices, data entry, and financial management.
Monitor Tally software performance and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for optimizations.
Assist clients in migrating data from other systems to Tally and ensure seamless integration.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, system administrators, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of Tally software with other systems.
Allocate approximately 30% of time to SQLrelated tasks, including providing SQL technical support, executing SQL queries, troubleshooting SQL database issues, and optimizing SQL performance.
