  • K8s administration, Linux L3 administration, Network & Storage troubleshooting.
  • CKA/CKAD, RHCE/RHCSA preferred.
  • AWS/Azure/GCP certifications preferred.
  • ITIL v3/4 Certified.
  • Docker Enterprise/Merantis Kubernetes Engine/Red Hat OpenShift/Cloud Foundry/VMware Tanzu knowledge preferred
  • Experience on Automation & DevOps platforms such as Ansible, Git/GitHub/GitLab's, Jenkins, terraform, etc. preferred
  • Experience in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) support, PaaS Platforms as a Service (PaaS) support (Public Cloud) & managed services support
  • Expertise in scripting and automation in languages like Python, Perl, and Bash.
  • Expertise in infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Experience with CI/CD toolchains
  • Experience in Public Cloud architectures, configurations, services, and solutions
  • Track & manage release cycles of products involved in container orchestration
  • 24x7 On-Call support
