Job Duties & Responsibilities

I) Screening & Talent Success:

Conduct oneonone mock phone interviews and provide detailed feedback to increase interview performance
Conduct preliminary resume reviews and provide annotated feedback

II) Interview And Hiring Support

Network with potential Organizations through professional groups to onboard more recruiters
Facilitate Phone/Video interviews with team leads

III) ATS Administration

Maintain Sapientury's Applicant Tracking System
Create and publish jobs in various job portals
Track hiring metrics including timetohire, timetofill, and source of hire

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Background: Bachelor in Commerce, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
Proven experience in a Recruitment or similar role
Handson experience with job portals
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to manage task and deadlines.
Good written and verbal English communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ZOHO etc)
Experience working with EdTech companies Experience working with startups in the Indian ecosystem

Salary:
₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
