Qualifications:

Bachelor/master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bachelor/master's in sciences, Bachelor/master's in biotechnology or related field. Also Freshly graduated B. Pharma interns are preferred.
12 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management or consulting.

An Associate in the company involves supporting the planning, development, and execution of pharmaceutical projects from inception to completion.

Core Competencies required:

Project Management: The ability to coordinate and manage pharmaceutical projects efficiently. This includes project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical processes, clean room design, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., cGMP). Understanding greenfield and brownfield projects is essential.
