Shift Timings - 6:30pm - 4:30 amWeek offs - Sunday / Saturday (half day)
Minimum 1-year Experience in US Process
Responsibilities:
Excellent communication in English.
Confident in making sales and speaking to International Clients and make sales
Accurately recording details of clients details as per the process requirements.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Having experience in sales-based International Telecalling business for UK, US and Australian campaigns will be an advantage.
Responsbilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Salary:
₹24, ₹28,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
