Has bachelors degree with Education ) and Bachelors degree in English- Has Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years.

About the role:


Teaching:

  • Plan and teach wellstructured lessons to assigned classes, following the schools plans, curriculum and scheme of work
  • Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievement of assigned students, making accurate and productive use of assessments
  • Adapt teaching to respond to the strength and needs of students
  • Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge students.
  • Promote good progress and outcome by students
  • Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests

Organization, Strategy and Development

  • Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the schools policies, practices and procedures, to support the schools values and vision
  • Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
  • Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure coordinated outcomes
  • Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.

Professional Development

  • Take part in the Schools appraisal process
  • Take part in further Training and Development in order to improve your own Teaching.
