❖ As a DMAT Executive at Arihant Capital Market Limited, your responsibilities will include:
❖ Demat Account Management:
Handle the opening, maintenance, and closure of Demat accounts for clients.

❖ Client Communication:
Interact with clients to provide information, address queries, and ensure a smooth client experience.

❖ Documentation:
Ensure all required documents for DMAT account processes are collected, verified, and maintained accurately.

❖ Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on the latest regulatory requirements related to DMAT accounts and ensure compliance.

❖ Troubleshooting:
Assist clients in resolving any issues related to their DMAT accounts, transactions, or statements.

❖ Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

❖ Reporting:
Generate and maintain reports related to DMAT account activities as needed.

❖ Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and industry updates to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:
❖ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

❖ Relevant experience in DMAT operations or a similar role.

❖ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

❖ Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory requirements.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
