Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and understand client needs and objectives.
- Present products or services to clients, demonstrating how they meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services to existing clients.
