    Responsibilities:

  • Content creation with SEO as a key focus. Create high quality content for our websites, social and video channels, and other communication materials like newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, etc.
  • Should be able to help in organic growth and come up with new ideas to increase online exposure of our offerings.
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
  • Has good command over the English language with a natural flair for reading and writing
  • Excellent analytical skills & structured thinking capability
  • Follow an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
  • Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
  • Partner with Tax Tech Business teams to create Content marketing strategy aligned with marketing objectives and tactics that are aligned to business objectives and then work with M&C team to deliver on those.
  • Understanding of the Market and competition analysis for the Tax Tech product or service
  • Understand the target audience and work towards creating content for each of the segmentation
  • Build awareness, engagement, and demand generation by collaborating with colleagues across the wider M&C organization, leveraging marketing channels and agencies effectively
  • Coordinate with design and production teams (internal and agency) for the creation of market ready collaterals, artifacts, sales enablers, etc.
  • Operations management ensuring compliance and enabling greater collaboration between Sales and Marketing and generating organic leads.

    • Professional Skills:

  • Confident and excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
  • Comfort working with marketing tools/software, sheets and documents and running basic analysis.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. Capable of balancing multiple projects and goals. Detail orientation where it matters.
  • Significant amount of content written in the entire content writing career and can present their portfolio live
  • SEO-friendly content
  • Experience with MS word, PowerPoint, and tools like Grammarly, etc.
  • Familiar with content marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

  • Able to work well with the team
  • Strong communication and Tax/Fintech and IT fluency
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organization

  • 0 to 3 years in relevant role

    • Education Qualification:

  • MBA Preferred
