Description
:Create and execute the Content Strategy
- Conduct a training needs analysis for the functions as per their specific requirements pertaining to product features, sales strategy, customer profiles etc.
- Liaison and coordinate with various vendors to provide specific technical trainings where required
Maintain a complete and accurate repository of all sales training content and materials
Share training related content as per the requirements of the various channel/functions requirement as well as group companies.
Design the annual quiz for the sales training team fortnightly
Manage Insta-learn - the digital learning platform
- Act as a super admin at the organizational level for the InstaLearn platform
Create and load relevant content on to the platform and refresh periodically
Review and revise the content to ensure that it stays up-to-date with all product changes
Assign modules to the desired end users/learners; add and delete the user list on the platform keeping up with employee churn
Liaison with vendors to push specific content on to the platform and also process vendor bills
Analyze the user data and share periodic reports to the channels and function head; share customized reports to the channels/function head as per the requirement
Design and Execution of Instructor Led learning Interventions
- Facilitate Train the Trainer workshops for existing trainers on new programs
Create new content and edit existing content for the classroom training delivery
Collaborate with the various channel SPOCs to gather the training requirements and finalize the content
Execute hard and soft skills trainings to internal employees, outsourced/contractual staff as well as intermediaries and other partners.
Lead new training initiatives by designing, structuring and executing as per the requirements.
