Job Purpose
To design and deliver innovative services to enterprise customers - fulfilling business requirements & enhancing revenue to company.

To plan end-to-end delivery and capacity for enterprise platforms; ensuring high quality services & capabilities - giving differentiating customer experience.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Key accountabilities and responsibilities include following - To introduce new/enhance existing IoT platforms including >
Partner & Platform evaluation

Architecture
Network integration
Feature / functionality
Rollout plan
To finalize IoT & eUICC product/use case rollout with business and demand management team involving

Solution scoping

Deployment & integration model finalization
Functional specification design
Billing integration modelling
Guidelines and Specification

To publish guidelines, solution documents & implementation plan for platforms/services rollout to implementation teams.

To finalize service/platform KPI with partners & operations team
Partner governance to ensure timely delivery and quality output for platform and services rollout, KPI management, Escalation handling and Roadmap review
To safeguard compliance for platforms & services for Regulatory, Revenue Assurance & Telecom security for network and subscriber information

For eSIM platform - ensure end to end architecture, solution design and integration approach finalization for both M2M & Consumer (Mobile phone & Wearable) use cases.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Core competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

At least 12+ years of experience with mobile operator, enterprise products company in planning & operations functions
Indepth knowledge of GSM, GPRS & 3G technology with hands on experience in circuit core (CS) and packet core (PS) domain
Experience in Solution & Design skills in IOT environment and Cloud architecture
Experience of designing large scale enterprise solutions, high availability solution architecture,
Understanding of designing HA for all level of components in E2E platform solution.
Understanding of IOT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, LWM2M, XMPP etc.)
Understanding of new & emerging technologies
IOT/ NBIOT, Cloud computing, Microservices based architecture and other Interfaces & Protocols etc.
Crypto key management
Managing POC (verify solutions) by providing solutions to the business teams
Multisite product deployment execution experience serving 1 Mn+ subscribers
Worked on mobile devices and device based APPs
Collaborating with internal and external technical resources to develop overall implementation strategy and drive the solution, customization, and integration efforts.

Technical/ Professional qualifications:

Knowledge of Service modelling, deployment architectures
Project Management
Hardware Infrastructure, Middle layers, Database & Operational models & IT/Technology security practices understanding
Cost Management

Communication skills
