Our global consulting team provides strategic advisory services in the Life Sciences Industry and works globally with our clients. We are a leading business and technology management consulting company that understands the unique challenges within different business segments in Life Sciences Industry.

We are currently looking for a full-time employee to join us in making the difference.

As we are continuously growing as an organization, there is the possibility to develop the role beyond the current responsibilities in the future.


What you will be doing:


  • Coordinating and helping the accounts team in managing administrative expenses and invoice reconciliation
  • Creating, maintaining, communicating, and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and best practices with respect to various business processes
  • Manage the office premises from all aspects of ensuring they are maintained, functional and up to date
  • Organize company events as well as arranging travel and accommodations when required
  • Liaise with the vendors for statutory compliance, medical insurance, and office administration
  • Manage and filing the documents which are invoices, contracts, and other company documents
  • To assist and maintain all data up to date
  • Support and manage administration activity as per assigned tasks
  • Support in HR & Operations activities as per assigned tasks
  • Resolve administrative issues
  • Any other admin tasks that may become relevant for the role from time to time

What you bring with you:


  • At least 3 years of working experience in the Administrative related field
  • Understanding of HR activities will be an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work with global teams
  • Very meticulous with her/his work, excellent attention to details
  • Fluent in English and fluency in local language (Kannada) is required for working with all local external vendors/ partners
