**Summary:
- **To conduct new hire trainings and refresher training for the existing employees
base for process improvement.

- Conducting new hire training sessions.
- Conducting soft skills sessions.
- Mapping needs with products benefits.
- Making power point presentations for training modules.
- Preparing various scripts for voice process in English, Hindi and kanada regional language(if required).
- maintaining various reports for New hire batches and refreshers.
Job Types:
