Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the BPO solutioning strategy for the BFS practice, working closely with senior leadership to align with business objectives and client needs.
- Drive the development of innovative BPO solutions that address key challenges and opportunities within BFS operations, including areas such as customer service, backoffice operations, risk management, and compliance.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new BPO opportunities within the BFS sector, leveraging industry insights and market trends to inform solution development.
- Lead crossfunctional teams in the design, development, and implementation of BPO solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in BPO delivery processes, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of solution architects, consultants, and delivery managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in BPO solutioning, consulting, or related roles within the BFS sector.
- Deep domain knowledge of BFS operations, processes, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance, or capital markets.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful BPO solutions for BFS clients, with a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced, clientfocused environment, driving collaboration, innovation, and results.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to identify and prioritize opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
- Experience with process optimization, technology implementation, and change management within the context of BPO delivery.
