- Engage in pre-sales activities to support the sales team.
- Conduct calls with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Maintain Excel sheets to track sales data and client information.
- Assist in creating proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage the CRM system to update client details and interactions.
- Ensure all leads are properly tracked and followed up on to prevent missed opportunities.
- Publish MIS reports as needed.
- Has Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
