    Description

    SAP APO/IBP resource for an upcoming Project , with following requirements :

    - Experience in SAP APO to IBP transformation ( ECC to S4 Hana)

    - Min one transformation project handled.

    - Preferably 7 - 8 Years' experience

    With Experience in :

    - APO Functions Successors

    - S&OP IBP

    - DP IBP

    - GATP S/4 HANA (AATP)

    - SNP IBP

    Responsibilities :

    SAP APO to IBP Transformation : Lead and actively participate in the transformation of SAP APO functionalities to SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within the context of ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects.

    Transformation Project Handling : Manage at least one end-to-end transformation project, overseeing all aspects from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

    SAP APO Functions Successors : Expertise in understanding SAP APO functionalities and their corresponding successors in SAP IBP.

    This includes Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Global Available-to-Promise (GATP), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), among others.

    S&OP IBP : Proficiency in configuring and implementing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes in SAP IBP, including demand sensing, consensus demand planning, supply planning, and scenario analysis.

    DP IBP : Hands-on experience in designing and configuring Demand Planning (DP) processes in SAP IBP, including statistical forecasting, demand sensing, promotional planning, and demand shaping techniques.

    GATP S/4 HANA (AATP) : Knowledge of Global Available-to-Promise (GATP) processes in SAP S/4 HANA, especially Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP) functionality, and its integration with SAP IBP for real-time order promising and allocation.

    SNP IBP : Proficiency in configuring Supply Network Planning (SNP) processes in SAP IBP, including distribution planning, deployment optimization, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.

    Solution Design and Configuration : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient SAP IBP solutions. Configure IBP applications, including data integration, master data setup, planning area configuration, key figure definition, and algorithm configuration.

    Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop test plans, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the solution meets business requirements and is free from defects.

    Documentation and Training : Prepare technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and user manuals. Conduct end-user training sessions to enable users to effectively utilize SAP IBP functionalities.

    Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases, features, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within SAP IBP :

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

    SAP certifications in SAP APO and SAP IBP are preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to travel as per project requirements
