Description
1.Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in supervising residential and Agriculture site


  • Ability to identify the work quality specifically the works of pumbling, electrical works, Flooring, Water Proofing for residential. And Agriculture Measurement, Labour handling etc.
  • Stock Management both inward and outward of the site and in office excel.
  • At least 1 year experience in Sourcing of Material, Vendor and Labour.
  • System / Computer operating should be good.,
  • Preferred Language Hindi along with Tamil is must
Work Role


  • Report to office twice or thrice in week.,
  • If not site work then need to report daily in office time Pm
  • Rest all as per term sheet

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chennai,

Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
