Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries from social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter)
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in your products/services
- Convert enquiries into sales by effectively communicating the benefits and features of your products/services
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns potential customers may have
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling
Salary:
₹12, ₹13,000.00 per month

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
