What You'll Do:

Design and create comprehensive training curriculums that cover all aspects of the MERN stack, including MongoDB, , , and
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (both inperson and online) tailored to audiences with varying skill levels.
Utilize a blend of instructional methods, including lectures, handson demonstrations, and practical exercises, to solidify learning objectives.
Provide constructive feedback and evaluate participants' progress to ensure their growth and understanding.
Stay on top of the latest trends and advancements in MERN stack development and integrate them seamlessly into your training programs.
Collaborate with other trainers, developers, and stakeholders to continuously improve the effectiveness of training content and delivery methods.
Offer ongoing support to participants beyond scheduled sessions, by answering questions and providing additional resources.
Assist in the development of certification programs or assessments to validate proficiency in MERN stack development.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a MERN stack developer with strong expertise in MongoDB, , , and
Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training individuals in web development technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way for diverse audiences.
Patient, supportive, and adaptable teaching style to cater to different learning styles and skill levels.
Familiarity with modern instructional design principles and methodologies.
A passion for continuous learning and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
A plus: Certification or relevant training experience in education or instructional design.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
