EXO Edge is looking for an experienced Manager to lead the Payroll operations for our US client, a global real estate giant.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:


Primarily focused on:


  • Process implementation and running a smooth payroll operations
  • Payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance

Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:

  • Establish the payroll operations from scratch
  • Become a single point of contact for US payroll, benefits and compliance
  • Work closely with the client's payroll and internal finance team on a daytoday basis
  • Work on payroll compliance related activities

Bringing in the below experience:


  • 5+ years experience working in the payroll team of a US based organization
  • Experience of transitioning and setting Payroll operations from scratch
  • Comfortable working in 24*7 operations

Based at:


  • You can be based anywhere across India, but open to relocating to Mohali
