    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team across two subsidiary companies specializing in online fabric and garment sales. The Fashion Designer will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through design and fabric selections while crafting new designs tailored to both women's and men's fashion preferences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Guide customers in selecting designs and fabrics, leveraging expertise and experience.
    • Develop innovative designs in collaboration with the creative team, aligning with market demands and industry trends.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
    • Stay abreast of current fashion trends and translate insights into actionable design concepts.
    • Participate in the production process, from material selection to garment fitting, ensuring impeccable quality control.
    • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful designs.
    • Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Proficiency in design software and tools to effectively communicate design ideas.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • A robust portfolio showcasing previous work and design capabilities.
