Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound cold calls to potential leads with the aim of introducing our products/services and generating interest.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs, explain the benefits of our offerings, and address any inquiries.
  • Convert leads into clients by effectively showcasing the value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently discuss features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Accurately record and manage lead information, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts and strategies for improved results.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or cold calling.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships.
  • Resultdriven mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
  • Resilience and perseverance when faced with objections or challenges.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Salary:
₹8, ₹26,735.89 per month
