Responsibilities:


  • Working with the HRBP's and enabling the HR portfolio
  • Enabling the digitization process and works
  • Be in charge of the HR Dashboards for all functions
  • Manage the Training calendar and Training programs
  • Work closely with the HRBP and stakeholders to understand the training needs analysis and ensure implementation
  • Lead, manage and conduct Induction programs across all business
  • Manage the compliance and employee issues in the DA vertical
  • Ensure the backend operations of all hiring and exits are up to date in the systems and manage the same end to end
  • Collaborating with HR centers of expertise and employee experience teams to ensure high quality client support and HR delivery
  • Driving employee engagement and high performing culture through various creative initiatives

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or Business
-
2-3 years professional experience in HR
  • Business Partner role:
  • Working experience in international companies and working in matrix organizations
  • In depth knowledge of employment legislation and best practices, with experience in managing complex employee relations issues
  • Highly effective communicator with ability to influence clients and manage stakeholders at all levels in the organization (country, regional and global)
  • Acts with a high degree of ethics and integrity
