Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Working with the HRBP's and enabling the HR portfolio
Enabling the digitization process and works
Be in charge of the HR Dashboards for all functions
Manage the Training calendar and Training programs
Work closely with the HRBP and stakeholders to understand the training needs analysis and ensure implementation
Lead, manage and conduct Induction programs across all business
Manage the compliance and employee issues in the DA vertical
Ensure the backend operations of all hiring and exits are up to date in the systems and manage the same end to end
Collaborating with HR centers of expertise and employee experience teams to ensure high quality client support and HR delivery
Driving employee engagement and high performing culture through various creative initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or Business

-
2-3 years professional experience in HR

Business Partner role:
Working experience in international companies and working in matrix organizations
In depth knowledge of employment legislation and best practices, with experience in managing complex employee relations issues
Highly effective communicator with ability to influence clients and manage stakeholders at all levels in the organization (country, regional and global)
Acts with a high degree of ethics and integrity
