Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Working with the HRBP's and enabling the HR portfolio
- Enabling the digitization process and works
- Be in charge of the HR Dashboards for all functions
- Manage the Training calendar and Training programs
- Work closely with the HRBP and stakeholders to understand the training needs analysis and ensure implementation
- Lead, manage and conduct Induction programs across all business
- Manage the compliance and employee issues in the DA vertical
- Ensure the backend operations of all hiring and exits are up to date in the systems and manage the same end to end
- Collaborating with HR centers of expertise and employee experience teams to ensure high quality client support and HR delivery
- Driving employee engagement and high performing culture through various creative initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or Business
2-3 years professional experience in HR
- Business Partner role
