Training And Support Intern

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct product training sessions for internal team members and customers.
  • Develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, and manuals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas where training is needed.
  • Develop training plans and schedules based on training needs analysis.
  • Conduct training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training.
  • Keep up to date with changes and updates to the products being trained on.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams on any issues or areas for improvement in the product.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the training content is aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Deliver training in a variety of formats, including inperson, online, and webinars.
  • Provide ongoing support to trainees and address any questions or concerns that arise after training sessions.
  • Prepare training documents.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with trainees.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented and organized.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to use various training tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to conduct training sessions as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
