Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Prepare annual audit plan.
  • Conduct audit to ensuring full compliance with the Internal Control Procedures of the company.
  • Prepare and present audit findings & recommendations while providing assurance of compliance with statutory requirements, policies and procedures in line with International Standards/ organizations policies and procedures.
  • To provide timely and accurate information to the management on internal audits and to check evidences certifying adherence to the laid down policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing and reporting on statutory compliance.
  • Giving cost saving suggestions & revenue leakage resolutions to the Manager.
  • Conduct special audits/ assignments at the direction of Top Management.
  • To conduct physical verification of cash, stocks, fixed assets, documents etc.
  • To prepare monthly MIS for review.

Knowledge & Skills required

  • Knowledge of Statutory Compliances like GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT etc.
  • Knowledge of various laws applicable to factories.
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
  • Good presentation and audit report writing skills is must.
  • Good experience in operational/ Factory audits/HR Audits/Sales Audit/Purchase Audit/Stock Audit
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills. Delivery focus with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
