    Position:Senior Legal Counsel

    Tasks

    • Draftreview and negotiate a variety of IT related commercial agreementsincluding but not limited to vendor contracts licensing agreementsand service agreements
    • Advise on legal mattersrelated to transactions incl. IP and regulatory compliance
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toaddress legal issues in business operations
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to stayupdated on relevant laws regulations and industry trends impactingcommercial transactions and ITagreements
    • Assess legal risks and providestrategic recommendations to mitigate risks effectively whilesupporting businessobjectives

    Requirements

    • Residentin Switzerland or Germany
    • Fluency in Englishand German
    • Completed Legal Degree (CH EU UK)
    • Min. 5 years of PQE as an inhouse legalcounsel
    • Expertise in commercial and ITlaw
