    Greetings from Randstad this side Hiring Associateor Senior Associate GCC for Pune location.

    Negotiating drafting andvetting of commercial / noncommercial contracts likeconfidentiality agreements Master Services Agreement Statement ofWork License and Maintenance Agreement Memorandum of UnderstandingVendor Agreement Consulting Agreement.

    Negotiating drafting and managing softwarelicensing terms opensource licensing terms consulting serviceschannel arrangements teaming and partnership arrangements and othercommercial agreements with customers located around the world.

    Review of governmenttenders / RFPs / RFQs and general contract conditions. Assist indeveloping internal legal systems and processes.

    Requirements

    Law graduate from a reputedcollege.

    Good draftingskills and legal acumen are the key contribute which are beingsought in the candidate. Ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously and efficiently.

    Ability to identify and interpret applicablelaws and rules.

    Fluent inspoken and written English.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectivelyand presentation skills. Flexible to work.

    Solution oriented approach.

    Hands on relevant experience of 36 years

    An analytical mind withproblemsolving skills

    Excellent organizational and multitaskingabilities
