  • Ensure 1214 VF Products are being quoted everyday
  • Ensure the Quoted price is best available in the market
  • Ensure at least 3 Quotes are Shared for all Bulk Request
  • Ensure Every Sourcing Request is documented and PO is generated in System
  • Coordinate with Warehouse for all Running SKU's and ensure timely Delivery to Warehouse of product's
  • Timely Product's pick up from Vendor India/International
  • Maintaining the Relationship with Vendor's for Timely Procurement
  • Analyse the costing of the product to know the product market fit
  • Suggesting new Product Launch from the Vendor
  • Categorize the Product's basis the niche and maintaining the data of vendor's as per niche
  • Ensure HSN & Its related duty data is correct
  • Ensure once the Vendor Quotation is updated Product is Public for Client

Requirements:


  • Plan and manage Efficient & Transparent Sourcing strategy & Category management
  • Analyse and calculate costs of Procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
  • Determine Strict quality Rating and timing of deliveries for each Vendor
  • Develop a Monthly/Quarterly budget depending on sourcing requests, Order Volume & Historical data
  • Keep Track of Damaged Products Delivered from suppliers & Ensure Replacement/Refund is Received
  • Building Relationship with Vendors to guarantee agreement on terms and processes (Preferable 45 days Payment terms)
  • Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
  • Negotiate pricing and control costs
