Staff Nurse

Location:
Chennai Erukkencherry


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing)
  • General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
  • Post Basic B.Sc Nursing (PB B.Sc Nursing)

Experience:
3-5 years in nursing practice, preferably in a hospital setting.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and selfcare practices.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance nursing knowledge and skills.

Skills and Attributes:


  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and challenging environment.
  • Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Salary:
Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.


Pay:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
