Job Profile:
Architect/Interior Designer (2-3 Years Experience)


Position Overview:

As an Architect/Interior Designer with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and harmonious environments.

You will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts, developing detailed plans, and collaborating with clients and project teams to bring their visions to life.

Your creative flair, technical expertise, and ability to work within budget and time constraints will be essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:


Design Concept Development:

Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand their requirements, preferences, and design objectives.

Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate your ideas.


Space Planning and Layouts:

Create functional space plans and layouts that optimize the use of available space while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Ensure the design solutions align with the client's lifestyle, brand identity, and project goals.


Material Selection and Specifications:

Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and fixtures to complement the overall design concept.

Prepare detailed material specifications and documentation for procurement and implementation.


Design Documentation:

Produce detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and renderings.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution.


Budgeting and Cost Management:

Assist in estimating project costs and work within budgetary constraints.

Source cost-effective materials and suppliers without compromising quality or design standards.


Client Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Address client feedback and incorporate changes when necessary.


Project Coordination:

Work closely with the project team, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure timely completion of projects.

Oversee the installation and setup of interior elements to ensure they align with the approved design.


Qualifications and Skills:


Education:
A degree in Architecture/ Interior Design or a related field is required.

Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing various completed projects.

Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.

Creativity:
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that meet client expectations.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and interact with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving:
Effective problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.

Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Attention to Detail:
Keen eye for detail to deliver accurate and precise design documentation.


Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
