*(Inbound and Outbound Process)*Customer Care Executive**Location - Noida**Communication - Good communication in English**Qualification - Graduate**Experience - Min. 6 months of experience in BPO**Working window - 8 AM to 10 PM (Any 9 hours)
*Day shifts for Girls 8am to 8pm (any 9 hours)
*Rotational shifts for boys 8 am to 10pm*(any 9 hours)
*Salary upto 22k CTC*- Answer Inbound/Outbound Calls Professionally And Provide Information About Products And Services, And Obtain Details Of Complaints
- Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions Taken. Process Forms And Applications
- Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests
- Refer Unresolved Customer Grievances Or Special Requests To Designated Departments For Further Investigation
