Job Overview
We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team.

As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our products and services.

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, India. We are seeking freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Day to Day Responsibilities:


  • Your primary focus will be on cold calling, pitching the value proposition and building relationships with prospective Clients.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and ethical standards in all customer interactions.

Salary:
₹240, ₹360,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)
